Our Return & Exchange Promise

We want you to be completely satisfied with your authentic Western boots. If for any reason you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Submit Your Request

Contact our customer care team within 15 days of receiving your order using the template below. Send your request to: [email protected]

Step 2: Wait for Authorization

We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions. Please do not send items back without this authorization.

Step 3: Package and Ship

Include the original packaging, all tags, and the completed return form. Ship to:

Step 4: Processing

Once we receive your return, we’ll process it within 3-5 business days and notify you via email.

Refund Information

Refund Timeline: Once we process your return, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Refund Method: Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).

Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or defective merchandise.

Exchange Information

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you want is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund and notify you when it becomes available again.

Important Exceptions

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Shoes that show signs of wear or have been worn outdoors. All returned footwear must be in original, unworn condition with all protective soles intact.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all shipping costs.
